Fun trip and good experience with Capt Rizal and Khai. Helpful and professional fellows. The moment we reach the boarding area we will greeted by a very warm and friendly Khai and followed by the professional Capt Rizal briefing. Good 6hrs of experience.

We enjoyed so much on Christmas day. The crew are so friendly and helpful. The bar table and KTV are so big and comfortable. Nice seaview and sunset. It's fantastic journey ! We are back for sure. Merry Christmas!

[6:43 PM, 12/7/2020] Cedric Goh NN1 7 Dec : Intended for  little family celebration with a unique outdoor & educational experience for my 3 young kids, and No Name delivered end to end. Engaged Mr Ang in quite a rush mode and really appreciate Mr Ang active response to my queries, arrangement, and even re-arrangement due to some last minute situation. For the trip, the kids are in awe from the moment they are on board. They all had a little moment being the capt of the yacht, with the real capt guiding them, of cos. The capt and crew are really helpful and answer to all our queries, providing some  good education knowleadge to the kids and even us adults. Kids really have funs too with the activities available when at the island.  Finally, I am very grateful for the capt & crew help in assisting me in overwatching the kids when quite seasick on the second half of the trip. I surveyed the family for feedback. Everybody was very happy with the day on noname 3. I did the booking directly on your website. It worked very well with no problems. I always wish the risk of cancellation due to weather was somehow less of an issue for me as a customer. It’s a bit of a deterrent to be prepaying $2000+ and risk that the weather turns bad an hour into the cruise, forcing us to go back and not receive any refund. So far we’ve been luck with the weather so it hasn’t been an issue. And I understand it’s hard for you as the owner to take on the risk. Perhaps a partial refund could be offered either through an insurance policy or just from money not spent to fuel? Just thinking out loud. Not sure how or if this can be changed. Your crew was great! Very friendly and helpful. The kids and grown ups were very happy and comfortable. You all went beyond what we could expect in terms of water toys. I know you arranged for toys that we hadn’t strictly booked and paid for. Very much appreciated. For the meal, please make sure there is soap available by the sinks both in the bath rooms and sink upstairs by the cooker upstairs. The blankets were not great. A bit better communication about what would be available would have been good. We could easily have brought blankets or sleeping bags if we knew we would need them.

No Name 3 Catamaran was gorgeous and extremely well kept. We were welcomed by Captain Ang and felt right at home with our wonderful crew, skipper Zhi Zhi and Rahim. Both of them were safety conscious, helpful and accommodating. They were great with our children as well. Zhi Zhi was responsive and patient throughout our enquiries and online booking. We had a fantastic time chilling out on board and enjoyed the water activities so much. It was truly an unforgettable celebration for my husband’s birthday and our wedding anniversary. We would highly recommend you to engage No Name Marine if you are looking at chartering a yacht. It was a perfect outing for us, thank you guys

It was a wonderful and unforgettable annual party on yacht for my company on 12 January 2020. We are excited to be the first client charter on NN3. Owner Mr Ang, his crews, and the whole charter are too good that we have forgotten about the meeting-venue-mistake shock caused by another rental company. Despite the 45minutes delay due to switching location, luckily Mr Ang was able to provide 4-hour full charter for us. The BBQ food are tasty too. We have brought our own Yu Sheng, CNY dishes, sushi platters, beers, and fruits. To enjoy Mahjong, water toys, Karaoke, food and drinks to the max, I will suggest a 5-hr charter for a corporate event. I will recommend everyone to charter with Mr Ang’s company directly. He is patient and prompt in answering all my questions although I did not rent directly from him. He is also very good at speaking Mandarin so my Chinese colleagues felt comfortable too. He is so friendly as if he is our uncle. When the charter ended, his crew offered help when he saw my colleague and I were not able to carry so many stuff back to the lobby. We really appreciate and charter with No Name Marine is really the best choice for team bonding.
